OUR PROCESS

  1. Complete our forms for a quote on your kitchen, bathroom, basement, or sump pump, and we'll provide next steps via email.
  2. Arrange an in-home consultation where a project manager will guide you through project possibilities.
  3. Within two days, you'll get a detailed proposal and instructions for required materials. Upon agreeing to the work scope within your budget, sign the proposal digitally to start the project.
  4. We then secure necessary permits, prepare drawings, and establish a work schedule. A pre-construction meeting will address any queries or concerns.
  5. Post-meeting, your manager will help finalize project details like materials and colors before starting the construction.
  6. The construction stage encompasses various tasks like framing, HVAC, plumbing, and more, typically lasting 4-9 weeks depending on the project.
